Shipping in Latvia and the Baltic States is provided by courier service providers Omniva Latvija Ltd and DPD Latvija Ltd. The trade is conducted in accordance with the courier service providers’ internal regulations and the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.
Depending on the selected courier service provider, the goods will be sent to your address or to the selected parcel office within 1-3 working days. The delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and courier service provider.

Free shipping in Latvia over 30.00 EUR/ in Baltics over 50 eur.
Courier service delivery is on weekdays from 9.00 to 22.00. Before delivery you will receive an SMS about the scheduled delivery time.
OMNIVA COURIER
Delivery: 2-3 working days *
Free shipping in Latvia over 50.00 EUR/ Baltic States over 70 eur.
You can pick up your parcel at the Omniva Pick Up point of your choice throughout Latvia.
DPD PICK-UP
Delivery: 2-3 working days *
Free shipping in Latvia over 30.00 EUR/ in the Baltics over 50 eur.
You can pick up your parcel at a selected DPD Pick Up point throughout Latvia.
DPD COURIER
Delivery: 2-3 working days *
Free shipping in Latvia over 50.00 EUR/ in the Baltics over 70 eur.
Courier delivery is available on weekdays from 9.00 to 22.00. Before delivery you will receive an SMS about the scheduled delivery time.
Depending on the service you choose, the courier service provider will write or call you on the phone number provided in your order to inform you of the scheduled delivery time or to place your order in a Pick-Up.
If the call is not answered, the order will be placed at the nearest Pick-Up. If delivery is delayed due to an incorrect or unclear address, this is the responsibility of the buyer who provided the address.
The goods are handed over to the recipient by the courier together with the delivery note. Please check that the packaging is in order before signing. If there are any complaints about the packaging and the quantity of goods after the delivery note has been signed, we, as the manufacturer, will not investigate them.
